Terms and Conditions

To be an authorized Business Partner of KEDIANOMICS, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the KEDIANOMICS service as a Business Partner. By signing up for the KEDIANOMICS Business Partner program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

1.  Non Disclosure: The terms & conditions, including current promotional activities & planned future activities known to you shall be kept confidential so as it ensures success of our business mutually and benefits all other Business Partners in a fair manner. Rates of commissions agreed upon be not discussed with any other Business Partner you come to know to avoid any sense of comparatives and thus unfair competition.

2. Fair & Ethical Conduct: Any link hijacking reported by any other Business Partner & diagnosed to be a true allegation shall result into termination of our current relationship. 

3. No Cash Passh-backs: To ensure that all Business Partners can gain in a fair manner you are committing to never do any cash pass backs to any persons who buy any services or products of KEDIANOMICS through your Customised Links. The reason is simple, that this creates an unending cut throat reduction in effective price of our services. If one Business Partner offers cash backs all others would do and in the end only you as a Business Partner stand to lose bringing down all other partners together with you. However, offering any bonuses or gifts of your own products or services or any products or services that are not competing with our products is absolutely fine. For an example if you offered a brokerage credit to your clients' account if you are a stock broking company or if you offered a subscription extension to your software or data if you are a software / data company are perfect and fine. 

4. Unhealthy Advertising: If you undertake any digital advertising for promoting our business whether on Social Media Marketing channels or on Search Engine Marketing channels if we notice any proprietary KEYWORD Grabbing such as KEDIANOMICS, Sushil Kedia etc. it would be unfair business practice. We have extensive online tracking infrastructre. Please avoid such. 

5. Mutual Exclusivity of Commissions: If a person or visitor to our website came in first from a Business Partner and then spent days to come back again to buy any product or service using a link shared with her / him by another business partner the entitlement to commission will be of the LAST business partner.  Validity for commission entitlements of any customised links shared by any partner is currently 90 days. This is a very fair offering from KEDIANOMICS. Any business partner doing more regular business development has a higher priority of entitlements on one hand. On the other hand for all business partners 90 days link recycling life-span is a long time for any traffic you sent to get excited about buying our services as well as create fairer opportunities for more active business partners to come up higher on the priority of entitlement to commissions. 

6. To be fair to all partners only a small fraction of the total business generated by each partner might have such overlaps and if our partners are regularly doing business promotion then over a period of time such errors would cancel out in randomness. Any disputes on commission entitlement between two business partners shall be settled by a decision from KEDIANOMICS based on criterion KEDIANOMICS deems fit based on the tracking data available on our elaborate system & our decision shall be binding on all parties.  

6. As new business environments, new business tools and new products and services arise and upon suggestions from various business partners if any additions or alterations to the Terms & Conditions of our Business Partner programme become necessary they will always be notified to you digitally through email alert of an update in terms & conditions.

Privacy Policy

Communications between KEDIANOMICS & a Business Partner are private & exclusive. Unless a law enforcing agency requires them both parties shall adhere to upholding this privacy.

CAN-SPAM Rules and Acceptance

Upon joining the KEDIANOMICS Business Partner Programme you are accepting the following email communications policy: 

a) KEDIANOMICS is authorised to send emails updating you of new products, new pricing, new deals, new offers that you can promote.
b) Any appropriate communications with the aim of helping improve the promotional activities by business partners such as training documents, training videos and any events we organise to help train your staff do the Business Partner programme related work better. 
c ) Any changes in terms & conditions
d) Updates on new transactions, commissions triggered, commissions accepted, commissions rejected etc of the nature of transactional emails. 
d) A Business Partner shall endeavour to mark any emails from KEDIANOMICS in these categories as NOT SPAM in their email clients should for any reasons they end up any time landing in their spam boxes & take any steps as may be necessary based on your respective receiving email clients to be able to receive Business Communications as described in categories above in a timely manner. These steps for example could be saving our email address(es) in your contact list etc. etc.
